Traveler Magazine rates this restaurant among the thirty-one best places to eat in SC. And that’s not all.  Hot Fish Club has long been at the top of Trip Advisor’s list for great places to dine in Murrells Inlet. The creative kitchen staff is constantly turning out new dishes that have diners raving.

“Teazers” offer great beginnings like Wasabi tuna, panseared scallops, and grouper bites. Tasty quesadillas, fried panko-crusted Fontina cheese with marinara, wings, and Shrimp and Blue Crab fondue are among other choices.

Club Specialties include Seafood Cioppino with crab, shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels and fresh fish in a spicy tomato broth with garlic toast, chargrilled grouper with tomato basil beurre blanc served with sautéed spinach and blackened Red Snapper topped with fresh pico de gallo and avocado served over sautéed spinach and local stone-ground grits.

Inlet-style platters – classic combos of flounder, shrimp, oysters, crab and scallops fried or grilled with slaw and choice of potato. Landlubbers will savor the Certified Black Angus® steaks and burgers. Surf and Turf pairs a tender filet with either shrimp or lobster.  From 4-6 PM, small plates are a mere $12.95. Selections include fish and chips, onion-crusted salmon, seafood or crab cake platters, and a veggie plate. Kids ten and younger can order from a variety of $6.95 choices.  Assorted salads and sandwiches, an updated menu, and daily dinner and drink specials mean there’s something for everyone.

Special attention is given to service; seating is monitored to ensure your meal is prepared properly and served on time. If there’s a short wait, visit one of HFC’s friendly bars – inside or out. The Gazebo bar is hip and casual. An ample lawn, spacious dining areas and an incomparable creekside setting make HFC a popular choice for special occasions. There’s a playground for the younger set. Look for details about what’s up online. Please tell them Lowcountry sent you. Check out their sister restaurant, Inlet Provision Company next door for something really different.
